The ZD 5 FB i6000 functions as a gravimetric feeder, using built-in WL260 SP-S AE load cells and WP 231 electronics from Siemens for precise loss-in-weight micro feeding. This innovative all-in-one solution is easy to position thanks to optimized cable routing and low weight. A low drop height reduces sensitivity to drafts or vibrations, increasing process safety, while the lighter frame improves load-cell resolution—delivering micro feeding accuracy to ±0.015 %. Optionally, the system can be built to GMP, FDA, and/or ATEX guidelines.
